The laundry facilities could use a boost. the limited number of machines meant finding an open dryer was a challenge. Plus, the TV reminded me of my old ship—outdated tech with channels strictly in Japanese, lacking options like Netflix.

No 24/7 reception!!! The elevator is painfully slow, and there’s no proper drop-off area for taxis, forcing guests to manage through tight spaces!!!

The staff is extremely helpful, and the coin laundry on-site was an appreciated convenience.

Such a convenient spot! Family Mart right downstairs made snacks super easy. The subway access is awesome too, straight under the building. Got a room with a river view and wow, the Tokyo Sky Tree was lit at night! Only bummer? Some noise from the street filtered in at times.
